ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – Jurors have convicted a St. Louis County man of five felonies in a child sex crimes case.
Anthony Fletcher, 40, was found guilty Thursday of one count of statutory rape and four counts of statutory sodomy.
Investigators say there were two victims, both who were under 12 years old at the time of the crimes. Fletcher is linked to crimes from Oct. 2017 to April 2021.
A family member of both victims reported the abuse to the Berkeley Police Department in 2021. Various audio and video recordings from forensic interviews were presented during trial.

Fletcher was not present in the courtroom Thursday when the defense presented its case, so he did not testify. He was hospitalized when the jury returned its verdict Thursday afternoon.
The court revoked Fletcher’s bond, issued a warrant for his arrest without bond, and said a sentencing date would be set after Fletcher was taken into in custody.
