EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. – Someone shot a man in East St. Louis Monday morning.
It happened around midnight on North 36th Street. Neighbors say they heard several gunshots.
When they looked to see what happened, they saw one man on the ground and the shooter running away. The condition of the man shot is currently unknown. So far, no suspect has been identified.
