Blinken back in Middle East for diplomacy speed run with regional tensions escalating

With fears mounting that the war in Gaza could erupt into a wider conflict across the Middle East, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is arriving in Turkey Friday for the first of many meetings over the next week. CBS News correspondent Christina Ruffini has more.
