Woman identified from deadly pedestrian crash in north St. Louis

ST. LOUIS – Authorities have identified the victim of a deadly pedestrian crash last week in north St. Louis.

The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department reports that Micelle Jimerson, 60, died in the collision. Investigators say she was wheelchair-bound when she was struck.


St. Louis homeowners take legal action against squatters

Police say two hit-and-run drivers struck Jimerson around 7 p.m. on Feb. 13 near the intersections of Page Boulevard and Clarendon Avenues in the Academy/Sherman Park neighborhood.

Investigators say two cars heading westbound on Page Boulevard struck Jimerson, the second one after she was struck and lying in the roadway.

The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the crash. Police have not disclosed if any arrests have been made in the investigation.
