ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – Detectives are investigating a suspected domestic homicide after a woman was found dead inside her Lemay home Thursday morning.
According to Sgt. Tracy Panus, a spokeswoman for the St. Louis County Police Department, officers received a call for an assault at 9:55 a.m. in the 4200 block of Leeshore Drive.
Officers found a woman dead inside a residence. Her identity has not been released.
Police have taken a suspect into custody.
