ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A St. Louis City woman is in custody for allegedly attacking, robbing, and shooting at another woman outside the Jennings Station Apartments last week.

The assault occurred on January 31 at the Jennings Station Apartments, according to a probable cause statement obtained by the St. Louis County Police Department. Officers responded to a reported disturbance.

Officers arrived, separated the aggrieved parties, and left. Approximately 30 minutes later, police received word of gunfire at the same location.

Police returned and met with the victim, who had visible bruises, hair missing, and was bleeding. She told officers that two women approached her while she was loading her rental vehicle.

The two women began punching the victim and ripping at her hair. They stole the victim’s cash, wallet, keys, and shoes. The victim said one of her assailants, identified as Trinity Dunn (age not provided), grabbed a gun from a car and fired a shot into the right rear tire of the rental car.

The victim ran into an apartment and heard more gunfire.

Police found several shell casings inside and outside the apartment building.

Dunn was eventually arrested and identified as the shooter.

Police claim Dunn admitted to attacking the victim, stealing from her, and firing shots in her direction.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Dunn with first-degree assault, armed criminal action, second-degree robbery, unlawful use of a weapon, and second-degree property damage. Dunn remains jailed on a $150,000 cash-only bond.
