Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg took questions Thursday in response to an Arizona prosecutor who is refusing to extradite a suspect, Raad Almansoori, who is wanted in New York for murder. The prosecutor, Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell, said she doesn’t trust Bragg.
