SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WMBD) — House Deputy Republican Leader Ryan Spain (R-Peoria) and former Democratic Illinois Governor Pat Quinn discuss the need to reform state ethics regulations in Illinois on Tuesday.
Rep. Spain will present a bipartisan amendment to the Illinois Constitution to address the issue.
