Vision: First Missouri film with new tax credit

ST. LOUIS — A film follows the story of a north St. Louis teenager with the vision to make a change and a lot of decisions to make. It’s called Vision and it is also the first film directed by a Missouri filmmaker to receive the newly reinstated tax credit.
