‘Valentine’s Law’ would make it a felony fleeing from police when committing a crime

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Missouri lawmakers are proposing a new bill in honor of a St. . Louis County police detective.

Tony Valentine died after a police chase when a person in a stolen car running from police hit his car head-on. ‘Valentine’s Law’ would make it a felony for any person to flee from the police while committing a crime.
