U.S. Embassy warned about extremists weeks before Moscow shooting

Russian media said dozens died and hundreds were wounded in a shooting at a concert hall in Moscow on Friday. The U.S. Embassy in Moscow had warned Americans earlier in March that extremists had plans to target large gatherings in the city.
