Trump facing contempt hearing before witness testimony continues in “hush money” trial

The first witness in Donald Trump’s historic criminal trial is due back on the stand later Tuesday morning, but first, the court will hold a hearing on whether Trump will be held in contempt for social media posts the prosecution says violate a gag order.
