Tropical Storm Debby causes major flight delays across East Coast

As Tropical Storm Debby moves up the East Coast, about 1,900 flights were canceled and about 9,000 were delayed on Monday, affecting major airports in Orlando, Tampa, Miami and Charlotte. More cancellations expected today.
