ST. LOUIS — Three men were injured in a shooting at I-70 East and East Grand. Authorities report that an 18-year-old was struck in the head by a bullet. A 23-year-old was shot in the leg, and a 22-year-old was shot in the back. All three victims were conscious and breathing at the scene.
