Texas, federal government still at odds over border crossing after razor wire ruling

Texas and federal Border Patrol agents are still clashing over access to a border crossing in Eagle Pass following a Supreme Court ruling earlier this week saying federal officials can remove razor wire along the Rio Grande. CBS News correspondent Omar Villafranca has more.
