ST. LOUIS – Lawyers for residents displaced from the Heritage House apartments last month plan to seek a temporary restraining order against the owners on Thursday.

It is a part of a class-action lawsuit that some of the locals have filed. They were displaced after a pipe burst and flooded the building.

The lawsuit claims the owners delayed maintenance on the building and failed to tell the renters. A representative of the owners denies any wrongdoing.
