ST. LOUIS – Detectives with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department are investigating a late-night shooting in the city’s Benton Park West neighborhood.
According to a police spokesperson, the shooting occurred around 11 p.m. Tuesday in the 2800 block of Arsenal Street.
The victim, a 19-year-old male, told officers he was outside when he heard gunfire and was shot in the knee.
Police said the teen was taken to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
