Taylor Swift deepfakes spread online, sparking outrage

Graphic artificial intelligence-generated images of superstar Taylor Swift, known as “deepfakes,” have been circulating on social media. The manipulated images, videos and audio recordings seem eerily legitimate, and mark the latest example of how artificial intelligence is developing far faster than U.S. laws and regulations.
