ST. LOUIS – There was a one-car rollover crash on 19th Street at Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis.
One person was injured. Two others in the car took off before the police arrived.
The extent of the driver’s injuries has not yet been revealed, and so far, the two suspects have not been found.
