ST. LOUIS – A suspect is injured after an officer-involved shooting Wednesday afternoon.
According to officials, the shooting took place on the second floor of a building in the 5700 block of Oakland Ave., in the Cheltenham neighborhood directly south of Forest Park.
No officers were injured in the incident.
The male suspect was transported to the hospital in critical condition following a gunshot wound and a self-inflicted stab wound.
