Supreme Court rules Colorado can’t bar Trump from primary ballot

The Supreme Court ruled unanimously Monday that Colorado can’t keep former President Donald Trump off the ballot during the 2024 election. The three liberal justices issued an opinion concurring with the ruling but said the other six justices went too far in dictating how section 3 of the 14th Amendment can be enforced.
