Supreme Court rejects Biden appeal in Texas emergency abortions case

Supreme Court justices rejected several high-profile appeals Monday as they returned to the bench following their summer recess. Among the appeals was a request from the Biden administration to throw out a lower court ruling that said hospitals in Texas cannot be required to provide abortions if they would break state law.
