Supreme Court agrees to take up Trump immunity case

The Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to hear a case on whether former President Donald Trump is entitled to broad immunity from federal prosecution for alleged conduct that occurred while he was in office. The justices will consider whether Trump must stand trial over allegations he attempted to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Scott MacFarlane has the latest.
