Subzero temperatures predicted for Iowa caucuses. Will weather keep voters away?

Temperatures will be below 0 for most of Iowa as voters caucus Monday night in the first contest of the 2024 presidential election. Meteorologist Jon Rivas has a look at the forecast and Craig Bargfrede, winter operations administrator for the Iowa Department of Transportation, joined CBS News with an update on road conditions across the state.
