Study finds possible lupus cause, way to reverse disease

A new study suggests researchers have found a cause for lupus and a possible way to reverse the chronic autoimmune disease that affects more than 1.5 million Americans. Until now, its cause has largely been unknown and existing treatments have been seen as unreliable. Dr. Jaehyuk Choi, associate professor of dermatology and biochemistry at Northwestern Medicine, joined CBS News to discuss the findings.
