ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man is wanted for causing a fatal DWI crash at a busy city intersection in summer 2023.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement, the crash happened on the afternoon of July 24, 2023, at the intersection of Riverview Boulevard and West Florissant Avenue.
Police said Terrance Jefferson, 41, was driving drunk and ran a red light at the intersection, traveling more than 80 miles an hour. Jefferson struck another vehicle, killing Carla Ennis, a passenger in that car.
