St. Louis Housing Authority opens waiting list for public housing

ST. LOUIS – For individuals and families looking for affordable housing throughout the City of St. Louis, the St. Louis Housing Authority has opened up their waiting list.

Those in need can sign up for the waitlist until Monday, April 29, at 11:59 p.m. There is a variety of housing available, including:

Arlington Grove (2–3 bedrooms)

Gardens at Renaissance Place (1-2 bedrooms)

King Louis Square I (1 bedroom)

LaSalle Park (2-4 bedrooms)

Murphy Park (2–6 bedrooms)

Northside Scattered Sites (2–5 bedrooms)

Renaissance Place (3-5 bedrooms)

Applications can be submitted online or through self-serve kiosks in the lobby of Central Office, located at 3520 Page Blvd.

Applicants without internet access can make an appointment at the site-based management office of their preferred location. Those who have a disability or need accommodations can reach the Public Housing Department at (314) 286-4330 or phwaitlist@slha.org.

This waitlist is for public housing only. The Housing Choice Voucher waitlist is closed until further notice, according to SLHA. Senior housing accepts applications for a waitlist on an ongoing basis.
