ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A man from west St. Louis County has been ordered to appear in court next month for allegedly soliciting sex with an underage teenager.

According to the St. Louis County Police Department’s probable cause statement, the incident took place on July 17 at an apartment complex in the unincorporated community of Grover, located in west county.

Police said Elijah L. Wilson (age not provided) sold vape cartridges to a 15-year-old girl, then offered to give the girl her money back if she performed a sex act on him.
