ST. LOUIS – On the heels of breaking spring football attendance records, the St. Louis Battlehawks have earned an extra home game next season.

The United Football League announced Tuesday that the Battlehawks will play six home games, rather than five, during their ten-game regular season campaign in 2025.

The San Antonio Brahmas, a growing rival in the XFL division of the UFL, will play the Battlehawks twice at The Dome at America’s Center next season. St. Louis will serve as the home team for both games.

“As we planned for the 2025 season, our process from a league standpoint was to assess availabilities at our venues to create a schedule that works operationally across all eight markets,” said UFL CEO/President Russ Brandon via UFL’s league website. “After reviewing venue availabilities, we decided the best option would be to add a sixth home game to St. Louis in order to best fulfill our team schedules. We are grateful for the support our partners; the City of St. Louis and the Dome have given us.”

The Battlehawks are 3-1 all-time against the Brahmas, with their only loss coming last June in the 2024 XFL Conference Championship game.

The UFL will release more information about schedules, including the Battlehawks’ two planned home matchups against the Brahmas, on a later date.
