Some Americans are getting promotions without pay raises

New data suggests so-called “dry promotions” are occurring at workplaces for some Americans who are getting higher titles and more responsibility without seeing a pay raise. Ray Smith, a reporter with the Wall Street Journal, joins CBS News with a look at the trend.
