JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Missouri Coalition for Roadway Safety is inviting employers and individuals to showcase their safest drivers by taking part in the “Show Me Your Score Safest Driver Challenge.” The challenge, which opens on April 1, 2024, will run until June 9, 2024.
Participants in this challenge will utilize an app to track their driving scores. Businesses have the chance to win $10,000, while individuals can compete for a $5,000 prize.
The Missouri business with the safest drivers stands to win a $10,000 grand prize from AAA Missouri. Additionally, the business with the highest average driving score among its employees throughout the contest period will secure another $10,000 grand prize from AAA Missouri.
For businesses that accept the challenge, participating employees have the opportunity to win prizes totaling over $5,000.
To qualify for the driving contest, Missouri businesses must:
Employ ten or more individuals.
Register for the contest.
Implement a safe driving policy.
Ensure that 25% of their employees (or 25 employees for larger businesses) download the free DriveWell Go app, register for the Show Me Your Score Safest Driver Challenge, and drive as if it were their job.
Individual drivers can vie for the grand prize of $5,000, awarded to the participant with the highest score over the contest period. Furthermore, top-performing drivers each week, determined by their scores, will receive gift cards or other prizes.
