ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Shots were fired after some West County residents say their cars were broken into early Friday morning.
The incident occurred in the Country Stone Manor Condominiums near Doughty Ferry Road around 3 a.m.
Manchester police responded to the scene and were talking with residents to look for clues.
There were about six cars broken into in the early morning, and when someone went to confront the burglars, the suspects began shooting, according to police. No one was hurt.
