Shooting near St. Louis City Hall injures two people

ST. LOUIS — First responders are at the intersection of Market and 14th Street in downtown St. Louis. Police are investigating a recent shooting in the area. There appear to be two victims in this incident.

St. Louis Metropolitan Police tell FOX 2 that an officer shot at two suspects. An ambulance took one person, who was conscious and breathing, to the hospital. Another person is lying motionless at Poelker Park.


Normandy High School senior barred from graduation, father demanding answers

The street in front of City Hall appears to be shut down and there are over ten police vehicles at the scene. There is crime scene tape up in front of the building and dozens of evidence markers are placed in the bike lane next to the sidewalk. An ambulance is also parked in the middle of the street.
