Shooting in north St. Louis County, three injured

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A double shooting in the Norwood Township neighborhood in north St. Louis County has left three injured and one in custody, according to officials.

Around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to the 2000 block of Valette Drive. Upon arrival, police found an adult male and an adult female with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Both were transported to a local hospital.

An additional adult female also experienced injuries to her face. Police say the injuries were from a fight prior to the shooting. She was taken to an area hospital.

The preliminary investigation says the incident stemmed from a disagreement between individuals who are known to each other.

According to police, one suspect is in custody.
