Investigators say Timothy and Kaitlyn were shot around midnight Saturday at Matthew’s home on Collage Circle Drive in Eoilia, Missouri.

According to the sheriff’s office, witnesses told authorities that Timothy and Kaitlyn were at the home while there were arguments inside. Matthew reportedly told both to leave.

Timothy and Kaitlynn were found deceased as authorities arrived to the home. Matthew was taken into custody without incident.

Matthew, identified by the sheriff’s office as Timothy’s father, also faces three counts of armed criminal action, first-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. He was booked into the Pike County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
