ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A mom in Jennings won $100,000 from a Missouri Lottery scratch-off ticket purchased at Schnucks.
The Missouri Lottery said on Tuesday the woman had gone to Schnucks, located at 8037 W. Florissant Ave. in Jennings, to do some grocery shopping.
After she purchased a “Heaps of $500s” scratchers ticket, her son pointed out that she had won a prize.
The mom plans to use some of the money to fix up their home and save money for Christmas.
