ST. LOUIS — The future of Sauce Magazine, a long-standing St. Louis culinary publication, is uncertain following significant staff reductions. According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the magazine now operates with just three full-time employees—half of its original workforce.

Owner Chris Keating did not respond to requests for comment. The cuts come five months after Keating sold the Riverfront Times in May. Sauce Magazine, which first launched in 1999, has been a staple in the local food scene for 25 years.
