Residents unhappy with $600 million class-action settlement in East Palestine train derailment

The toxic train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, forced nearly 2,000 people from their homes. But some aren’t satisfied with Norfolk Southern’s $600 million settlement. Residents say it doesn’t go far enough to address the health struggles they’ve experienced. Norfolk Southern said in a statement that the agreement does not include any admission of wrongdoing.
