ST. LOUIS — Former Basketball Wives star Brittish ‘Cierrah’ Williams, 33, did not report to prison as ordered on January 3, 2024. This is after a judge granted her request to spend the Christmas holiday with her 5-year-old daughter.

Williams has asked the court to extend her surrender date until her sentence reduction hearings have been completed. In court documents, her lawyer says that this will eliminate the need to transport her between the Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia and St. Louis, Missouri.

Williams pled guilty to 15 felony charges, including Social Security misuse, making false statements to the IRS, and wire fraud. She is also ordered to repay $564,069 gained from various fraudulent activities.

Between 2017 and 2019, Williams engaged in several illegal acts. She concealed her income and fabricated dependents to evade taxes. She committed identity theft, using stolen Social Security numbers to open unauthorized accounts and creating fake bank accounts for depositing checks without the knowledge of victims.

Additionally, she admitted to submitting nine fraudulent loan applications, misappropriating $144,400 for personal use, and illegally obtaining $52,647 from PPP loans by making false claims for COVID-19 relief. Williams also acquired $139,479 through submitting fake medical bills.

Since her 2021 indictment, she avoided filing tax returns by claiming “exempt” status on her $90,000 job, which ultimately led to her departure from the position.
