ST. LOUIS — The Cardinals have postponed their game against the Kansas City Royals tonight. Heavy rain from Beryl is expected to fall into the evening.

The game will be made up as a doubleheader Wednesday at 12:45 p.m. The second game is scheduled for Wednesday at 6:45 p.m.

Tickets for Tuesday evening’s game will be valid for game one of the doubleheader. Paid ticketholders will also get a voucher for a future 2024 season game.

The Cardinals were set to begin a six-game homestand Tuesday night. This includes two games against the cross-state rival Royals, sending right-hander Andre Pallante to the mound against Kansas City right-hander Michael Wacha.

Six Flags St. Louis is also closed because of today’s forecasted storms and cleanup from Monday’s severe weather. If you had a ticket for today, it will remain usable through Labor Day. The park says it’s planning to reopen tomorrow.
