Powerful storms tear across U.S., bringing tornadoes, wind and flooding

Massive winter storms are impacting all 50 states, with at least four deaths blamed on severe storms in the South and hundreds of thousands of people waking up without power on the East Coast after torrential downpours and flash flooding.
