ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man is accused of exposing himself to a mother and her pre-teen son.

According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement, the incident took place on March 6 in the 3300 block of South Jefferson Avenue, located in the city’s Benton Park West neighborhood.

Police claim a 12-year-old boy and his mother were walking outside on the street when they saw Megale T. Boyd, 52, standing in the doorway of his apartment and staring at them. The victims told police that Boyd had exposed his genitals over his sweatpants and was touching himself.

The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office charged Boyd with sexual misconduct involving a child under 15 and first-degree sexual misconduct.

A circuit judge signed an arrest warrant that same day and ruled no bond would be allowed.
