ST. LOUIS – There was a shooting on East Grand Boulevard, near the Grand Avenue water tower.
That was around 2:15 a.m. in the College Hill neighborhood of north St. Louis. When the police arrived, they found no victims.
They believe that person drove themselves or was taken to a hospital. FOX 2 will update this story with more information as it becomes available.
