ST. LOUIS – One person is dead after being fatally struck by a vehicle in north St. Louis.
The accident occurred a little after 6:30 a.m. on Natural Bridge Road between Union Boulevard and Arlington Avenue.
Natural Bridge Road is currently shut down.
