ST. LOUIS – A person is left dead after being struck by a vehicle in north St. Louis on Wednesday morning.
The crash occurred around 6 a.m. Wednesday morning on westbound Interstate 70 near Branch Street.
All lanes on westbound I-70 will remain closed as crews investigate the scene. All lanes on eastbound I-70 will remain open.
