ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. – A pedestrian was fatally struck by a tractor trailer in St. Peters early Monday morning.
The accident happened a little after 3 a.m. Monday morning on eastbound Interstate-70 at the 221-mile marker, near Highway 79.
Four right lanes on eastbound I-70 have been closed for an extended period of time as crews investigate the scene.
