ST. LOUIS – Traffic is backed up after a tractor trailer overturned on Interstate 55 early Tuesday morning.
The accident occurred a little after 5:15 a.m. Tuesday morning on northbound I-55 near Carondelet Boulevard in south St. Louis City.
One lane remains open as crews try to clear the scene. Clearance isn’t expected until 8:17 a.m.
