EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. – Help is on the way Wednesday for East St. . Louis flood victims.
The city will start installing two new pumps at its parkside pump station. They’re supposed to help prevent future flooding issues.
We’ve reported in the FOX Files how a broken-down pump station is in such disrepair that it only works with the help of portable pumps. In 2022, flooding completely submerged the city.
