Millions under flooding threat as Francine roll across the South

Francine, now a post-tropical cyclone, is still a powerful storm. Millions are under a flash flood threat across the south in Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia. Outside New Orleans, some streets were still flooded on Thursday.
