Military investigates high-altitude balloon over U.S.

NORAD said Friday it is tracking a high-altitude balloon that was first detected over Utah. NORAD said the balloon is not considered a threat to national security, since it does not appear to be armed or carrying spy intelligence sensors. David Martin has more.
